User information will never be used for profit or passed onto third party services or sites. Users are strongly cautioned against providing traceable information such as phone numbers, addresses, or credit card numbers and members will never be asked for such information. Users are also strongly advised to provide honest information when filling out any applications or forms on the site. Users should never share their passwords and will never be asked to so by any of the staff.

Users are prohibited to submit any data that is illegal, pornographic, overly explicit, or offensive to any given race, religion, gender or faction of any type. This includes graphics, icons, text, and any content that will be viewable to the the public. There is a zero tolerance policy for any file fitting this violation.

Any user found claiming another artist's work as their own, using another artist's work without permission, directly copying another artist's work, or accusing another artist of theft without valid proof will also be subject to punishment as deemed necessary.

Forum Rules

1. All posts must be in English for the convenience of the majority of the forum members.

2. Please try to use grammar and punctuation to the best of your ability when posting.

3. All topics should be related to character design,art or some sort of creative topic. Casual conversation isn't prohibited but shouldn't outweigh the creative content here.

4. Please make sure you introduce yourself in the Member Introduction forum and fill out your profile within 15 days of joining.

5. Usernames cannot contain any wording deemed to be vulgar or offensive. A list of banned words is in place to enforce this.

6. Please do not use any profanity,racial slurs or vulgar slang in posts. A list of censored words is in place to enforce this and all members are expected to be mature enough to censor themselves and communicate in a mature manner at all times.

7. Please do not lurk.You need to at least post a member introduction to be considered an active member.Any user who has not posted at least a member introduction within 15 days will be notified and possibly removed after 90 days of inactivity.

8. Do not duplicate or impersonate another forum member with your username when registering. This will be considered harassment and you will be removed from the forum.

9. Do not post questionable or dangerous links in the forum. Any user connected to a harmful link in the forum will be removed.

10. Do not post any topic or identical response more than once. It will be considered spam.

11. Do not post any types of solicitation or shameless plugs in the forum.

12. Attachments are currently not possible in the forum as the storage is being dedicated to the galleries right now.

13. Please do not hotlink files in the forum. This is theft of someone else's bandwidth.

14. Be respectful of other members when interacting in the forum.

15. Please do not report a post just because you don't like it or the person posting it. It must be genuinely offensive or violating a term. False reports will result in you being penalized and unable to report any further posts at all.

16.Please do not use the forum as a diary. Your personal and life events should be kept private and not made into a thread. This is in the interest of all parties involved.

17. Please do not type in all caps (LIKE THIS). It is interpreted as yelling and is just plain rude not to mention annoying.

18. Please use your smilies responsibly. Excessive smilies are annoying and unnecessary.

19. Please do not incite or participate in any arguments on the forum. All parties involved in disruptive behaviors will be penalized.

20. Please do not use the forum to garner profit or donations of any kind. Any profit-bearing activities should be conducted on your own site or venue. This is for legal reasons and is in the best interest of all parties involved.

21. Please make sure you are posting topics and responses to appropriate areas in the forum.

Gallery Guidelines

1. You may only upload your own work.

2. You may only make changes to your own work.

3. Any incident of proven art theft will result in an instant ban from future use of the forum.

4. You may only upload a particular work once and it must be a completed version.

5. Do not upload works in progress. Only finished work can go into the gallery.

6. Please make sure you upload to the appropriate gallery.

7. All art must be safe for work (SFW). Any art that is gory,mature or pornographic cannot be uploaded here.

8. All art in the galleries is subject to being shared during one of my streams. While I will generally look in the Artshare galleries first I may on occasion check other ones as well.

9. Please post any art carefully if it may be construed as racially,politically or religiously sensitive.

10. Any content put in the resources gallery will need to be approved before it will be visible.
